Overview Alera Group is looking for a Property & Casualty insurance Sales Agent (Broker or Producer) to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional who excels in building relationships and providing tailored insurance solutions to clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing customized solutions.

Generate leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.

Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.

Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience selling P&C solutions at an insurance broker

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Active Property & Casualty Insurance license

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

Additional Information This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
