Director of Clinical Services, BCBA

A Plus Early Intervention is an NYS DOH EI approved provider of Early Intervention services. We are actively seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Director of Clinical Services, BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our expanding team and service offerings. Duties / Responsibilities :

• ? Work in close collaboration with President, COO and CHRO on ABA expansion strategy
• ? Collaborate on the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of clinical staff for home-based programs including early intervention
• ? Create Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training programs, including creating electronic training schedule
• ? Facilitate and oversee Learning Readiness Program social groups and other programs implemented in each assigned location
• ? Facilitate monthly RBT clinical trainings in collaboration with Lead RBT
• ? Review treatment plans and re-assessment
• ? Assign BCBA caseloads
• ? Conduct clinical interviews for BCBAs and RBTs
• ? Monitor and support client programming
• ? Monitor and support Supervision
• ? Complete BCBA Monthly Performance Checklist
• ? Travel to in-home, school, parent meetings and to overlap with supervision

Requirements :

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, depending upon experience. A Plus Early Intervention offers Paid Time Off, Medical Insurance, and 401(k). EOE / M / F / V / D
