The Role :

We're hiring a Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) to build and lead the TPM function and to orchestrate Cart.com's highest-impact programs across platform modernization, supply-chain products (OMS / WMS / TMS), data & AI, reliability, and security. You will establish operating cadence, predictability, and outcome focus across global engineering and product teamsturning strategy into shipped, measurable value.
