Job Title : Assistant Branch Manager Job Description :

Summary :

As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. You will lead and inspire our team of tellers and financial services representatives, fostering an environment of engagement and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in supervising daily operations at new account desks and teller / service areas.
• Coach associates, create schedules, and address service breakdowns while collaborating with the Manager on hiring and performance issues.
• Partner with the Branch Manager to direct branch activities, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and coach staff on cross-selling, referral goals, and overall branch performance.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures related to branch operations.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to the Branch Manager as necessary.
• Assist in recruiting and training branch staff.
• Complete new accounts and teller activities as needed.
• Take on projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Conduct quarterly assessments to ensure compliance with policies, audit guidelines, and security standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to support other local branches.

Compensation :

Salary Range : $25.25 - $31.57 per hour, based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.
