Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist, Enrollment I.

Key Responsibilities

Manage referral intake and validate referrals for compliance

Assist with patient enrollment and maintain accurate patient records

Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance regulations

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 6 months prior call center experience, preferably in inside sales or account management

Basic knowledge of billing procedures and insurance reimbursement

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy

Ability to understand Medical Records documents and safety instructions
