The opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Manager to lead and participate in global HR Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestitures and Spins – HR operational, organizational alignment and employee experience support from early due diligence analysis through to project planning, execution and Day 1 go‑live. Skillsets and work would involve producing HR due diligence reports (both buy‑side and sell‑side), integration and separation plans, managing and executing project management across HR workstreams, helping define future state employee governance and structures, and enabling employee communications and experience through the transactions.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will work on multiple M&A projects. In this role, you will be required to lead and deliver quality client service, provide flexible and innovative HR solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships. Specifically, you should contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow‑on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients. You should also demonstrate relevant technical skills in understanding M&A transactions generally with emphasis on HR operations design and delivery, data analytics, and understand global and local HR and workforce impacts of buying or selling a business.
