Wireless Sales Representative Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist customers directly with filling out applications and submitting sales orders for wireless products
- Meet one-on-one with prospective customers to review their wants and needs and provide tailored wireless product recommendations to meet those needs
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints with a high level of professionalism and provide quality wireless solutions
- Capitalize all opportunities to increase sales and revenue for the company by educating potential customers about our wireless products and services
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance policies as dictated by the company and client such as proper use of electronic devices, sales systems, and customer information
- Participate in team training intended to improve customer satisfaction and business sales performance
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and packages and become an expert on client product knowledge
Requirements for Wireless Sales Representative :
