As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Typical Day Of A Outside Sales Representative :
You will choose your sales route with an average of 12-15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)Work with a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.During each appointment, you will...Build rapport with decision makerWalk through a unit to assess opportunitiesEducate on our services and book repairsOn-site visits, phone calls and email follow-upsWork from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin workTen-minute check-in with the OwnerQualifications :
Strong rapport skills and persistenceStrong written and verbal communication skillsGoal-oriented, self-starter, and energeticLicensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving recordProfessional, caring and service-mindedNo prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed.
