OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
We're seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Vet Receptionist - Client Service Representative. Our ideal candidate can work Monday through Thursday between 8 AM and 5 PM and Fridays between 8 AM and 2 PM while meeting the qualifications below!
Having 5 years of experience in the veterinary industry is a huge plus but not required! Being experienced in an emergency or specialty veterinary practice with training as a veterinary assistant or technician is preferred. Knowledge of EzyVet software is desirable!

You're the first point of contact for our clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services. During consultations, you assist our veterinary staff, providing support and ensuring a smooth experience for both pets and their owners.
