Process Chemist

PharmaBlock(USA) sks Process Chemist for West Chester PA location. Help to design experiments (DOE) & analysis of experimental data; Troubleshoot wide array of synthetic chemistry issues at bench scale & apply developmt to multi-kilogram-scale process; Support technology transfer; Reading / writing tech reports & specs & maintain appropriate records; Prepare appropriate reports for R&D team; Perform lab work in safe manner & comply w / all regs, OSHA code & company policies. M-F 40 hr / wk. Reqmts : MSc in chemistry & 1 year exp in synthetic or process chemistry, incl hands-on exp in process optimization. Must have knowledge of scale-up principles & tech transfer support to kilo-lab operation, & analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, NMR, MS) for reaction monitoring & characterization.
