Agent Services :

o Pre-underwrite new and renewal risks. Prepare quotation as needed, prepare, and submit

applications to carriers and / or complete quote and bind process using carrier’s online process.

Update Agency Management system accordingly.

o Pre-underwrite endorsements prior to processing to insurance carriers and / or endorse changes

using carrier online systems. Update Agency Management system accordingly.

o Work with carrier to seek approval to reinstate risks.

o Issues proof of insurance and vehicle identification cards accordingly.

o Respond to carrier underwriting requests.

o Provide customer service to policyholders in the absence of the agent.

o Perform other duties as assigned.
