Job Responsibilities : Liaison with sales, marketing and strategy stakeholders to translate business requirements into JIRA stories for tech development Work across Salesforce Marketing and Sales Cloud to automate lead management process including qualification, enrichment, scoring, routing and reporting Architect personalization solutions leveraging SFMC platforms and tools to increase lead generation, lead nurturing and customer retention Iterate on the Marketing Cloud Personalization configuration, including working with technology and web stakeholders to update sitemap and affinity categorization Build, maintain and optimize website lead generation forms for lead capture, qualification and enrichment Support vendor research and onboarding of an Account Based Marketing Platform - build use cases for ABM campaigns and personalization Design, build and manage automated nurture journeys supporting multiple businesses to enhance customer experience and increase product cross-sell / up-sell Experience managing campaigns from inception to completion and analysis using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with email templates, nurture programs, personalization, email preference management and data hygiene Experience understanding integration points between two platforms and troubleshooting / applying workarounds if necessary Manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels Continuously monitor and improve programs by reporting on KPIs and share results with key stakeholders on opportunities to improve and scale campaigns Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and controls such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR etc.
Complete daily tasks using team's project collaboration system; partner closely with content and other digital marketing colleagues to build campaign assets Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills : 2-5 years' work experience with Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc.
2-5 years' work experience in a digital marketing function Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related discipline Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, preferably in a B2B environment Comfortable with process mapping and process design Experience with agile methodologies - working in JIRA and JIRA Align preferred Ability to work in a highly regulated, fast-paced, and matrixed environment Must be flexible and able to reprioritize depending on business needs Excellent listener, strategic thinker, and problem solver Superior written and verbal communication skills;
