About the job

As the Accounting Director at Janie and Jack, you will lead all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, oversee an international team, and ensure robust financial practices that align with the company’s strategic objectives. In this capacity, you’ll bring a deep understanding of managing complex accounting operations in a dynamic, multiband environment. Partnering closely with the executive team of multiple brands, you will shape initiatives that drive sustainable growth and profitability. This role is critical for fostering a culture of innovation, risk management, and strategic project leadership within the accounting function.

What you’ll do

• Financial Management and Reporting

Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring full compliance with GAAP standards and audit readiness.

Oversee core accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and general ledger.

Manage, mentor, and develop a global team of accounting professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data across the tech stack including ERP, OMS, PLM.

Actual starting pay for this role is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, relevant skills,, education, and geographic location.
