Key Responsibilities

Lead the Business Excellence Roadmap to align with KPIs and enhance customer satisfaction and revenue

Streamline Learning Operations through process improvements across global product lines

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align operational initiatives with business goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience

6+ years in business excellence or operational leadership roles, with 2+ years in people management

Proven success in process improvement and project coordination

Experience in the learning and development industry is a plus

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
