What you will be doing :
- Full Desk Agency Recruiting
- Generating your own leads through business development & cultivating your own client relationships through account management
- Negotiating service agreements directly with your clients
- Developing a deep knowledge and understanding of your clients business and industry through market research
- Sourcing candidates for your client's hiring needs through our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter & other sources
- Facilitating the interview process on both client & candidate side
- Negotiating offer letters, comp packages
- Facilitating onboarding process
What you need for this position :
- 1+ year of Agency Recruiting experience or 2+ years of B2B Sales experience
- 1+ year of Business Development experience or Lead Generation
- High School Diploma a must
