Pennsylvania Licensed Contract Attorney

A company is looking for a Commercial Contract Attorney for a part-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate vendor agreements, including customer-facing agreements

Work approximately 20 hours per week

Engage in a project starting ASAP through the end of the year

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active attorney license in good standing

Experience in commercial contract law

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Availability to commit to part-time hours
