Job Description
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset. They work to establish trust, assess and address customers' banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, recommending solutions based on each customer's goals and needs. They also develop proactive outreach and follow-up with clients, maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services (including digital products), open new consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and collaborate with branch team members to best serve clients. They educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service options to meet financial needs and leverage available resources to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. The required registration process includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any NMLS registration requirements may result in an offer rescission or termination of employment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package. Pay Range : $20.00 - $26.39
