Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration : OR Rooms Multiple Shifts 7a-5p 10 rooms 5 rooms from 5p-7p 3 rooms until midnight; Folsom 6 rooms from 7a-5p - Client wants 2 providers covering Sat, Sun, Mon, Wed for 6 months

  • Heads : Some Head / Neck / Spine Cases but will try to limit but providers have to be able to take, if needed.

    REQUIREMENTS :

  • What is the minimum length of commitment requirement per month?
  • Certifications / Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.) : BLS, ACLS
  • Board Certified Required : Yes

    • If BC is not required, Number of Years of Board Eligibility Allowed since Residency / Fellowship Completion : BC or truly BE
