Engineering Leadership Development Associate
The Engineering Leadership Development Associate (Engineering LDA) combines Parker's Leader Development Program (LDP / Program) with the duties of a Parker Engineer I. The LDA's primary duties involve taking on real-world challenges by leveraging teamwork, engineering skills, problem-solving abilities, initiative, leadership, project management, and effective communication, incorporating Program aspects to support decision-making that will impact Parker Hannifin's long-term future.

Essential Functions
In addition to leadership development activities, the LDA will perform direct responsibilities related to the rotational Engineering assignment, depending on the track.
Product Development Track
The program will accelerate learning and appreciation of new product development through cross-functional and cross-group exposure and will ensure new college grads develop skills for career progression through Parker Hannifin.
Manufacturing / Automation Track
The program will accelerate learning and appreciation of manufacturing processes through cross-functional and cross-group exposure and will ensure new college grads develop skills for career progression through Parker Hannifin.
