About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Growth and Community Engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve the company's enrollment growth goals, with a focus on improving overall choice rates and assignment percentages. This role involves working closely with executive leadership and key departments to ensure the success of the growth strategy, which is tailored to the specific needs of a large and complex state plan for Medicaid. The AVP will also be accountable for the plan's growth goals, providing leadership to the team, and establishing key relationships with various organizations to enhance the enrollment process.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a Master's degree in healthcare management. A minimum of 7-10 years in healthcare sales, marketing, and member retention, along with 5-10 years in management, is required. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in new product development, marketing segmentation, and exceptional networking, negotiation, and public speaking skills. Experience in grassroots community outreach, managing large teams, and fluency in a second language are desirable. The AVP will also be responsible for overseeing the department's budget, staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
