Special Float Pool Pay Differentials :

• $5.00 / hr for RNs without ICU experience
• $7.50 / hr for RNs with ICU experience

Shift Differentials (Evening / Night)

Weekend Option Differential $20 / hr RN

Student Loan Forgiveness Up to $20,000 for new grad nurses

About the Float Pool

If you enjoy variety and thrive in a fast-paced environment, the Float Pool is perfect for you!

Youll develop top-notch clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills while working alongside compassionate, dedicated professionals.

Float Pool RNs rotate across the following units :

Emergency Department

ICU

Cardiac Telemetry

Medical-Surgical - (Adults)

Qualifications

Education : Graduate of an accredited RN program

Licensure : Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements)

Experience : 1+ year RN experience preferred

Certifications :

BLS (Basic Life Support) Required within 30 days of hire

Depending on assignment, may also require :

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Physical Requirements :

Able to push / pull / lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts
