Job Summary
Functions under the direction of the Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations. Responsible for daily inventory replenishment for clinical units, serving as a liaison between Supply Chain and end-users. Manages acquisition, storage, and distribution of supplies, shipping, receiving, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Assists with product recalls, conversions, and year-end inventories.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Manage inventory, supply acquisition, and distribution, including creating supply pars, barcode labeling, and managing supply requests.
- Coordinate product returns, recalls, and substitutions, investigate shipment issues, and check stock status and expiration dates.
- Handle shipping and receiving, including maintaining records for bone and tissue transport, and managing vendor and inventory relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including managing product recalls and expired products.
- Assist with financial processes like inventory counts, cost management, and product evaluations.
- Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively, and serve as a liaison between clinicians and suppliers.
- Support value analysis, new product implementation, and adhere to all policies and standards.
Minimum Education & Certifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.All relevant certifications required upon hire.Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in a clinical setting.Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and supply chain applications.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Additional Details
