Proposal Coordinator

Our client is a well-known metro Detroit plaintiff personal injury firm . They are looking to add 4-6 new attorneys to their team in 2024 - due to growth and in anticipation of retirements. These new attorneys will be paired with a Senior Partner based on expressed area of interest and/or experience.

As a new hire you will work under a senior attorney, inherit their case work/desk and be mentored by this individual. Although the firm practice is plaintiff personal injury our client will consider an attorney who has spent the last year in defense law or corporate/commercial/real estate, etc. The key is your decision to be on the plaintiff side. Writing/Research experience is necessary and samples must be provided during the interview process.

Qualified candidate will be a recent law school graduate with 1-2 years’ experience. Willingness to learn critical; Tenacity is welcome.

Base salary $80-100k, Full Benefits Package.
