Working Conditions

Physical Demands

This position involves mobility within the facility to oversee care, occasional lifting and assisting with equipment, desk work, extended periods of communication, and the ability to manage stress effectively. While physical demands are part of the role, the primary focus is on leadership and management responsibilities.
