Position Summary : The Home Building Team Members perform the manufacturing production operations assigned to each department in the home building process. The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Internal Qualifications :

• Even-tempered and a positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork through communication
• Cannot be past written disciplinary action for attendance
• Achieved at least "High Performing" on most recent evaluation
• No final written disciplinary actions in the last 6 months
• Ability to learn from feedback & follow procedures
• Ability to read confirmation orders and build accurately with minimal quality issues while maintaining a sense of urgency
