We integrate primary care, psychiatry, podiatry, diagnostics, wound care, and chronic care management — alongside pharmacy services and a 24 / 7 medical concierge team — to ensure seniors receive seamless, high-quality care without leaving their communities.

We currently operate as a virtual clinic serving Assisted Living Facilities across Southern California, with expansion plans into hybrid and physical clinic locations. We are building the operational infrastructure needed to scale rapidly and consistently.

Role Overview

AllCare.ai  is seeking an experienced Operations Director to build and scale our clinical operations across multiple mission-critical domains : Concierge Intake, Credentialing & Compliance, Scheduling, Provider Enablement, Referrals & Forms Management, and multi-site clinic operations.

This is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership for clinical operations. You will design the systems, lead teams (U.S. and overseas), and drive the reliability, financial performance, and compliance that power AllCare’s care delivery engine.

While Billing / RCM sits within a separate team, the ideal candidate brings

• strong hands-on RCM experience
• and can partner closely to ensure clean documentation, accurate coding, and low denial rates.
