Store Manager (Big Y Express)

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Store Manager Big Y Express is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in the convenience and fuel division of Big Y, by collaborating with the store team to provide an inclusive environment and culture for our customers, employees and community. The Store Manager ensures the success of the convenience store operation by achieving or exceeding operational / sales goals, executing company initiatives, customer and employee engagement, employee development, and encouraging an inclusive team atmosphere within the store and company. Store Managers are additionally responsible for compliance to all laws and company policies and procedures to include labor and safety regulations, and asset protection.

• Must complete and maintain a valid food safety certification.
• Must be 18 years of age.
