Department Business Development Manager - Dermatology
Responsible for driving business development and physician engagement within the department. Serves as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including mid- and senior-level executives. Establishes and implements project management processes to ensure that all project requirements are met effectively, on time, within budget, and in compliance with established standards.
Education and Experience Required : Bachelor's Degree and two (2) of experience in business development, physician engagement, sales, or healthcare operations.
Certifications, Licenses, or Registration Required : N / A
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Possesses strong organizational skills, a demonstrated ability to strengthen relationships with business partners, comprehensive analytical capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experienced in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, providing human capital leadership, and consistently achieving success while working independently.

Physical and Environmental Demands : Requires frequent working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours, constant travelling to offsite locations, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, occasional crouching / stooping, frequent driving, occasional pushing / pulling, occasional reaching, frequent sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking.
