The Staff Software Engineer is responsible for developing and demonstrating communicating software solutions and architectures by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle and Design Controls. He or She will develop quick prototypes to demonstrate the design concepts and product ideas to team management product management Customers etc. Furthermore the candidate will work independently as well as with SMEs Architects product managers etc.

This position reports to the Senior Software Engineering Manager and is part of the Digital Platforms organization located in Chaska Minnesota and will be an on-site role .

In this role you will have the opportunity to :

• Design Architect and Deliver software solutions
• Work in iterative product release environment with focus on quality and delivery goals
• Collaboration with cross functional teams Product Management Service and Systems team to understand the needs and translate into actionable features.
• Understand complex system issues and drive root cause in a global environment
• Drive solutions with offshore teams and deploy it in the system provide demos and drive to closure.

The annual salary range for this role is $135K - $160K . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
