ANNUAL SALARY (DEPENDING ON SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) : $68,640.00 - 101,207.00

JOB SUMMARY : The Business Systems Trainer functions as the primary point of contact for business systems training across Epic Care, focusing on EPIC EMR applications. Responsibilities include developing and facilitating training programs, optimizing workflows, and acting as a liaison with external partners such as JMH. The Trainer supports system implementation, testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

Location : Antioch, CA

Responsibilities :

• Resolve, escalate, or educate staff on EPIC EMR and business systems issues, using ticketing systems and vendor collaboration.
• Complete required credentialed training at JMH for front desk MA and providers, including classes and teachback.
• Develop and conduct classroom training on front desk and MA workflows, EPIC EMR access, and computer literacy.
• Assist in onboarding new staff with EPIC EMR training, including setting up credentials and security measures.
• Manage tickets for EPIC EMR issues through the designated system.
• Support management in system understanding, audits, and analysis for efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between staff and JMH helpdesk.
• Participate in system upgrades, including analysis, testing, and training development.
• Provide on-site support for practices implementing EPIC, addressing issues and reporting them accordingly.
• Develop workflows and SOPs for EPIC EMR as needed.

Qualifications :

Physical Demands : Regular sitting and computer use; occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Vision and hearing must be within normal ranges with accommodations as needed.
