As a Director, HR Business Partner, you'll play the pivotal role of strategic consultant, supporting our Investment Management (IM), Product & Technology (P&T) businesses. This business includes teams responsible for developing our product offerings, advancing our internal and client-facing technology suites, and delivering differentiated investment methodology. This role will support employees in our U.S. and India-based offices. Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $126,000 - $168,000. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental, and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
