Key Responsibilities

Review and shape Trailhead badge content in collaboration with writers and stakeholders

Manage content development through edits, revisions, and testing from outline to finished product

Ensure adherence to guidelines and maintain up-to-date badge records in the release app

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional editing or writing experience

Experience in editing technical content

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Familiarity with Salesforce and its ecosystem

Experience with education technology or instructional design is preferred
