• Supervise and manage production, quality, and support staff.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics.
• Schedule and manage all jobs to ensure on time delivery within acceptable cost and quality parameters.
• Interface and coordinate with other departments to increase customer satisfaction.
• Work with customers and suppliers to solve problems and improve performance.
• Utilize state of the art techniques to drive process improvements, improve quality, and reduce costs.
