Now Hiring : Fabricator – Custom Metalwork

Location : Harmony, NC | Pay : $14–$18 / hr (based on experience) |

Schedule :  8AM to 5PM - Full-Time, 40 hrs / week

Join our team as a Fabricator and put your skills to work building custom ductwork, structural supports, enclosures, and specialty assemblies for industrial ventilation and dust collection systems.

What You’ll Do :

Read blueprints and shop drawings

Cut, form, and assemble steel and sheet metal

Operate shop tools : press brakes, shears, saws, MIG / TIG welders, plasma cutters

Check measurements for accuracy and fit

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Assist with layout and occasional field prep

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in metal fabrication or welding

Ability to read technical drawings

Familiarity with shop tools and safety practices

Detail-oriented with pride in quality work

Experience with ductwork, structural steel, or HVAC is a plus

Welding certs, forklift, or crane experience are also bonuses
