Principal RF Payload Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal RF Payload Engineer to join their RF Systems team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead detailed RF system modeling and EM simulation efforts

Develop system level budgets and maintain technical oversight of system performance

Act as subject matter expert in new program proposal development and manage outsourced component development

Required Qualifications

BSEE / Physics with 13 years of related experience or MSEE / Physics with 11 years of related experience

Expert knowledge of EM simulation tools for waveguide, antenna, and planar component design

Expertise in space-based antenna systems, high-power PA design, or satellite communications transponder system design

Deep hands-on experience with RF circuits and systems

Experience leading teams and mentoring junior engineers
