Partners Professional is currently seeking Loan Processor candidates for our client located in Wayne, PA. Our client is at the forefront of launching new and innovative financial products and processes in automation of loans including a cutting edge mobile app and instant loan decisions. The Loan Processor manages, and reviews manufactured housing real estate loan documentation, ensuring completion and compliance with company policies and regulations. The selected candidate will have experience working closely with borrowers, dealers, underwriters, and inside / outside sales teams.

This position is being offered as a temp-to hire, Monday thru Friday dayshift at 40 hours per week. It is Onsite daily.

Responsibilities :

• Review and enter loan applications into the Loan Origination System
• Prepare required disclosures.
• Gather all documentation and information for the loan, including all approval conditions required by the underwriter.
• Submit and follow up on orders placed with third-party service providers
• Maintain and manage loan files
• Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including but not limited to underwriters, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and dealers, to move the loan efficiently and accurately from application to settlement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills / Abilities / Education :

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Follow-Up :  Strong ability to follow up on assigned loans, maintaining consistent communication and record keeping.

Database Management : Proficiency in data entry and experience with database management systems to maintain accurate records.

Adaptability : Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
