Sales Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Assistant to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to support a dynamic sales environment and contribute to the efficiency and success of the sales process. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, maintain accurate data, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate customer quotes and input data into company systems.
- Follow up on leads and quotes to support account growth.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information and ensure database accuracy.
- Generate and distribute reports on orders, forecasts, and shipments.
- Provide administrative support to sales staff, including travel arrangements and expense tracking.
- Coordinate demo requests, process returns, and manage compliance documentation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal teams and customers.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and regular check-ins to stay informed on processes and objectives.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of office experience in sales, customer service, or operational support roles.Proficient in ERP systems such as D365, NetSuite, or Salesforce.Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.Familiarity with SharePoint, Lotus Notes, or advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables) is a plus.
