Come join the GPE (Global Partner Ecosystem) team as a Principal Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for partner tooling and infrastructure that supports the 3P ecosystem across QBO and MailChimp. This high-impact role focuses on platform capabilities, partner experience, and cross-functional orchestration to operationalize multiple 3P programs at scale.

You will be responsible for driving the roadmap, translating program and partner needs into platform requirements, and ensuring a seamless partner experience.

What you'll bring

• 8+ years of product management experience, especially with platforms or partner tooling applications
• Strong architecture and system thinking skills, able to partner with engineering teams
• Proven success in cross-organizational initiatives and aligning multiple product teams
• Experience with partner ecosystems, B2B platforms, or internal enablement tooling is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments

Compensation

Expected base pay in Bay Area, CA : $236,000 - $319,000, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits. Pay is based on experience, skills, and location. We prioritize pay equity and conduct regular reviews.
