Senior UX Designer

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an adept and innovative Senior UX Designer who will be directly evolve and enhance the full spectrum of their digital experiences and business channels including all customer-facing applications, multi-channel customer-service experiences and native mobile app.

This individual will power the transformation of multi-channel digital products and services, practicing the craft of user experience as an integral member of full-cycle product development teams.

They will be leading ideation and design strategy efforts with partner product owners and development teams, directly taking on interaction design and information architecture questions for complex products and processes and steering iterative cycles of concept creation, prototype refinement, and customer feedback.

They will be a key contributor in the design Agile team.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on design experience - focus on rapid prototype creation using Figma

Experience creating conceptual sketches to communicate design ideas as well as detailed design specifications

Expereince working throughout all phases of the design process such as conceptual design, storyboards, persona / scenario development, user task / interaction flow diagrams, information hierarchy, wireframes, and prototypes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Banking experience

UI - coding experience
