We're currently hiring a Level 2 IT Support Technician with a MSP background to provide dedicated, onsite technical support and build strong relationships with one of our key clients. You'll work alongside a skilled and collaborative team that values initiative, clear communication, and continuous learning.

What You'll Do :

• Provide remote and onsite support across multiple client environments
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business apps
• Resolve tickets using RMM and PSA tools; document work clearly
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or project teams
• Communicate clearly with clients and manage expectations
