IT Support Technician

Overview

We are an IT support firm seeking an experienced IT support technician to work full-time in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Administration and troubleshooting of Windows-based devices
• Administration of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Administration of a large Google-based environment including Google Workspace and Chromebooks
• Administration of Apple MAC and iOS devices
• Be able to provide training / assistance for end users
• Be able to manage user accounts and policies across multiple systems (Entra AD, Google Workspace, LoB-specific)
• Managing and responding to tickets via Zendesk

This job is located onsite at our client's office in Costa Mesa. The client is an online public charter school serving grades TK-12. You will work within a team of IT professionals responsible for the client's entire Technology department. Your day will be spent at a single location. The general schedule is Mon-Fri ~8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm with a 30 minute lunch. After-hours and weekend work rarely occurs but is sometimes necessary. This position reports to a remote manager.
