Creative Producer

A company is looking for a Creative Producer (Video) to lead high-profile client projects in live-action filmed content.

Key Responsibilities

Own live-action projects from pitch to delivery, including scoping, budgeting, and ensuring contract compliance

Build and lead production teams, overseeing recruitment and performance management throughout the production process

Supervise all stages of production and analyze market trends to identify new storytelling approaches

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience producing live-action content in an agency or production environment

Demonstrated client-facing experience and ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects on time and budget

Strong knowledge of production pipelines and expertise in budgeting and resource allocation

Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to run multiple shoots simultaneously

Fluency in English; a second language is a plus
