Director of Recruiting- Creative, Digital, Marketing at Coda Search | Staffing Our client is a national pharmaceutical advertising agency seeking a seasoned strategic leader for a contract role through the end of the year. This role is primarily remote but will require some travel , so candidates located in NY / NJ / PA are strongly preferred.

Position Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced pharmaceutical advertising professional to lead key accounts, drive strategic initiatives, and guide multidisciplinary teams. This role requires deep industry expertise, client-facing confidence, and strong mentorship abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a strategic partner to clients, internal teams, and vendors to grow brands and identify new opportunities

Lead the development of brand strategy, annual planning, and client presentations

Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring strong team performance and growth

Maintain excellent client relationships and lead cross-functional collaboration

Oversee workflow processes, staffing, financials (SOWs, forecasts, estimates), and ensure project alignment with goals

Drive new business efforts and support pitch development

Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory updates (FDA, CAN-SPAM, privacy, etc.)

Utilize multichannel strategy, analytics, and Veeva systems effectively

Run client workshops and internal planning sessions as needed

Requirements :

10-15 years in a pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency

Proven leadership in strategic planning, client engagement, and business growth

Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills

In-depth understanding of industry regulations, market research, and brand development

Familiarity with Veeva systems and digital platforms

Bachelor's degree or higher

Willingness to travel as required

Base pay range : $58.00 / hr - $60.00 / hr
