Salary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in preparing real estate appraisals.
Responsibilities :
- The job entails searching the MLS
- Analyzing market data
- Running regression analysis
- Loading comparables into appraisal reports
- Searching various sites to enter into appraisal reports, etc.
Requirements :
- This would be great for a person with a current or previously registered trainee, current or previously licensed appraiser BPO specialist, or certified appraiser that doesn't want to work in the field.
- Experience with Alamode Software (Wintotal, Total, etc.), Datamaster, or Redstone a big plus.
- 2- 5 years experience.
