Step into a dynamic Facilities Manager role where you'll be the trusted partner delivering exceptional service across multiple locations throughout Malvern, PA. As the primary point of contact, you'll drive tenant satisfaction while managing a main campus plus offsite buildings, leading 2 direct reports and 17 indirect reports while traveling between sites weekly using a company vehicle.

Check Out Some Of Your Day :

  • Support Leadership & Strategic Planning : Assist Sr. Facilities Manager and Account Lead in implementing short and long-term goals, projects, and annual management plans while developing innovative programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity
  • Budget Management & Financial Reporting : Develop and manage capital and expense budgets, prepare monthly operating budgets and forecasts, complete variance reports, and recommend capital improvements through close client interface
  • Team Leadership & Staff Management : Lead facilities staff and manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors to deliver expected service levels within prescribed budgets across 2 direct and 17 indirect reports
  • Client Relations & Satisfaction : Ensure seamless client interface through responsive leadership and creativity, maintaining positive relationships while accomplishing Key Performance Indicators per the Performance Agreement
  • Reporting & Documentation : Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements accurately and on time, following client policies for record keeping and facilities-related reports
  • Contractor & Service Oversight : Manage on-site contractors ensuring compliance with all client and JLL policies, overseeing overall contracted service delivery for safety and compliance adherence
  • Performance & Innovation Sharing : Follow annual performance plans, achieve agreed KPIs, and share innovations and best practices with JLL Facilities Management's designated best practices owner
  • Multi-Site Operations Management : Oversee comprehensive facility operations across main campus and offsite buildings throughout Malvern, PA, traveling weekly between locations using company vehicle

Who We Are Looking For :

  • 3+ years of facilities management experience in commercial office environments with demonstrated knowledge of building systems, asset management, and facility operations
  • Proven experience managing and leading facility teams, including direct and indirect reports, with strong supervisory skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and contractor relationships
  • Hands-on experience developing, managing, and monitoring facility budgets, including capital and operational expenses, with demonstrated ability to control costs and prepare financial reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to manage client relationships, ask critical questions about mechanical systems, and serve as primary point of contact for facility operations
  • Pay $91,600 - 132,800 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary

    Schedule : Monday - Friday day shift, with on-call required 24 / 7 for emergency responses

    Location : On-site Malvern, PA
