Step into a dynamic Facilities Manager role where you'll be the trusted partner delivering exceptional service across multiple locations throughout Malvern, PA. As the primary point of contact, you'll drive tenant satisfaction while managing a main campus plus offsite buildings, leading 2 direct reports and 17 indirect reports while traveling between sites weekly using a company vehicle.
The ideal candidate brings proven facilities management experience, strong budgeting acumen, and exceptional people leadership skills. Your ability to collaborate with mechanical Chiefs, coupled with outstanding client management and communication abilities, will ensure seamless service delivery across this diverse portfolio. Who We Are Looking For :
Pay $91,600 - 132,800 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary
Schedule : Monday - Friday day shift, with on-call required 24 / 7 for emergency responses
Location : On-site Malvern, PA
