We are seeking a Permanent Physician - Internal Medicine in Colorado .

Position Type : Permanent

Location : Colorado

Rate : Open & Negotiable

Shift : 4 days clinic + 1 admin day (remote); Call ratio 1 : 10 (phone only)

Start Date : Open

End Date : Permanent

Position Details :

Patient Population : Adult & Geriatric (14-16 / day)
Setting : Clinic-based
Responsibilities : Outpatient care, integrated behavioral health support, and shared on-call duties
Required Procedures : General Internal Medicine care
EMR System : Epic
Support Staff : Care team model with RN and clinical MAs

Compensation Package :

Base Salary : $238K-$264K annually

Incentives : Quality / productivity bonus (if applicable)

Requirements :

Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine
