LG Electronics is looking for a Bilingual (Korean) Financial Analyst to join our Customer Service Team!
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Financial Analyst, you will compile, organize, analyze, and interpret statistical information concerning the customer service-related data for LG Electronics Alabama Inc. (LGEAI), a global electronics company. You will work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Under general supervision, you will follow the managerial direction to support preparation of business reports for top management while sharing key insight of each project / task. You will also be tasked with performing operational analysis by gathering, measuring, analyzing data and trends for department operation, activities, and projects.
This position requires delivering meaningful outcomes through data analysis in our customer service operation. As a Financial Analyst, you must be able to understand what variables impact business operation variance and how it should respond tactically. Accurate business operational forecasts drive improvements in the quality of our customer service.
