Product Insights and Reporting, Consultant

Your Role

The Transformation team is dedicated to improving the lives of those we serve by simplifying, automating, and digitizing end-to-end operational processes. The Product Insights & Reporting Consultant will report to the Director of Transformation. In this role, you will partner with operational business partners to understand, document, analyze, and improve value delivery through automation and enterprise AI tools. This position requires a broad skillset to understand processes, data, challenges, change management, Power Platform, and a passion for building prototypes and automation that enhance experience and efficiency by eliminating manual tasks.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading BPM / continuous improvement activities from ideation through execution
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Six Sigma or LEAN is preferred
• Knowledge of Design Thinking, process mapping, facilitation tools, and skills
• Experience in business case development and tracking benefits realization
• Knowledge and / or deployment experience with AI
• Familiarity with JIRA and Scaled Agile SAFE practices is a plus
• Experience with Power BI and Power Apps is a plus
