Compensation
- $75,000 - $85,000 / year+ ( based on experience)

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or related work experience
- 3-5+ years of experience handling Commercial Auto claims with an insurance carrier
- Litigation experience required
- Active FL Adjuster's License required; NY and HI a plus!
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process commercial auto claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in workers' compensation.
