• Earnings Potential Exceeding $150K Our compensation model offers a base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure, enabling top performers to earn over $150,000 annually.
• Comprehensive Paid Training Program Engage in an interactive training program designed to equip you with the necessary tools and skills for immediate success in the sales field.
• Client Engagement Process Each client appointment is approximately two hours, during which you will guide clients through a personalized, one-call close sales process.
• Ongoing Professional Development Participate in weekly team meetings, as well as individual and group training workshops, to continually enhance your sales expertise.
